There is a fix in my clone. It depends on directory >= 1.2, which (according to hackage) fails to build on ghc < 7.6.1.
I'll add you to the repo, since pull requests don't seem to be supported at the moment. Then you can just push your changes. Isn't there a "portable" (GHC-wise) solution? I don't really want us to be tied to GHC 7.6.*, especially since I don't have it on my server (just on my laptop).
Hm, actually they are supported. I can merge your changes. But let's talk on #scoutess about that, we definitely should keep ghc 7.4.x compatibility, at the very very least.
