Start project prj1 on port 8080, and quit. Then start prj2 on port 8080 and start again prj1 on port 8080. The latter project now believes that the webserver on 8080 belongs to a running instance of prj1, wheras it is actually an instance of prj2, with the consequence that the access filter fails.
