After upgrading my os, I installed TeilFeil again and restored my TeilFeil config and files folders from backup. Unfortunately, TeilFeil did not start. When starting from program menu, nothing happend; there was not even an error message. When starting from terminal, among dozens of other messages were the following lines: DEBUG: "Exception surf: callProcess: runInteractiveProcess: exec: does not exist (No such file or directory) (cought at main inner)" surf: callProcess: runInteractiveProcess: exec: does not exist (No such file or directory)
Apparently, my TeilFeil was configured to use surf as Browser, which was not installed on the new os. After configuring it to use links, it did work again.
More user friendly messages, especially when starting from program menu, would be helpful.
