#41wizard starts in graphics mode although the user has no access to the framebuffer device

the user must be in group "video" in order to have access to the framebuffer devide.

There is the additional problem that lynx o.ä., when started from the wizard, does not work. Perhaps it has no access to the console or is otherwise blocked. The reason ist unclear to me.

the latter problem has been resolved - it was a CreateProcess somehow blocking the command line browsers.
