#60teilfeil-wizard should be able to decrypt with keys stored in new thunderbird versions

an implementation is provided in 0.1.2.2 based on thunderbird's own rnp-client. In a test however, this did not yet work.
The issue is closed since there seems currently nothing to be done about it.
