Emacs VC support for Darcs
#1some VC options were broken on emacs > 25
At least:
- VC Dir
- Compare Tree with base version
- Compare with Base Version (diff)
They work for me on emacs 25.1 with the small changes on the patch. Did not test on emacs < 25
