#51Cannot open saved files in Windows
2013 July 15. In Windows (only!), Sifflet cannot open a file in which it has saved function definitions. An "Error" dialog box appears, saying "file format error". In the shell from which sifflet.exe was launched, a message of this sort appears:
fatal error: unsupported protocol in URI "C:\\MinGW\\msys\\1.0\\home\\gdweber\\src\\sifflet\\joe.sflOr
fatal error: unsupported protocol in URI "C:\\Users\\gdweber\\gob.sfl"- status set to closed
