Discovered during a Stackage run with GHC 7.6.3 on Ubuntu 12.04, 64-bit:

  My guess is that this happened because dot and neato aren't installed/configured properly (dot' should be in the output ofdot -Txxx`).

  To avoid this problem in future, the augmentation tests are no longer run by default.
