concrete functor and monad transformers
#23hackage documentation has disappeared
Perhaps this intentional, but it has led to many broken links and search engine hits.
For example, searching for haskell maybet on Google leads to the dead link: https://hackage.haskell.org/package/transformers-0.5.2.0/docs/Control-Monad-Trans-Maybe.html
Unfortunately, whenever one uploads a new version of a package to hackage, there's a delay before hackage gets around to building the documentation, which gives these dead links. They should be fixed in a few hours, though.
