concrete functor and monad transformers
#29latest transformers is needed in stackage for GHC 8
The transformers in latest Stackage (https://www.stackage.org/package/transformers) is more than a year old, and doesn't allow base-4.9/GHC 8. Can we have an update ?
Oh, I asked on https://github.com/fpco/stackage/issues/1481, and maybe t's not a problem. Perhaps an update to the transformers listed explicitly in stackage snapshots is still a good idea, I'm not sure.
