It would be nice to get a permalink to a specific issue comment by clicking on the date or timestamp as is the convention.

Some suggestions for the anchors: - I think HTML requires them to start with a letter. c or comment perhaps ? Github's look like issuecomment-155243993. - let's avoid spaces and minimise punctuation. - is ok for readability.

anchor names are now comment-<iso8601timestamp> e.g: comment-20151129T234514
