Sorry for such a vague suggestion, but this is something that could really make darcshub stand out. Special highlighting and/or display of the .cabal file, a service for attempting to build a cabalized project, a button for generating a new cabalized project. Just a few possibilities that would make darcshub a better Haskell host than github.
