Support hosting a repository as a Git repo for projects that are already using Git. I think automatic 'conversion' tools (such as darcs-bridge) bring problems and should be avoided.
When working on this, you may want to consider how other distribute revision control systems such as Hg or Bzr may be added in the future.
Can you explain your rationale (besides git is popular, etc) ?
IMO, this should be closed. I think it's out of scope and no one is willing to work on this.
