Eg the angle-bracketed-uri is linked at http://hub.darcs.net/simon/planet.darcs.net/browse/README.md but not at http://hub.darcs.net/simon/planet.darcs.net.

Markdown READMEs are now rendered like markdown everywhere else - safely, with embedded html and scripts html-encoded. This also disables angle-bracket links, for which I've opened #72.
