Simple analysis of the checkbook records publicly available on the City of Phoenix's OpenData website.

The default analysis simply grabs the 100 biggest vendors to the city of Phoenix and prints (to STDOUT) a CSV containing the rank, vendor, and amount of money that Phoenix paid the vendor over the last year. The file Top100Vendors.csv is exactly this output so there's not a huge reason to run this again.
