Freight-forwarding calculator for cost of importing items for $50 or less into Jamaica

I have a US store (amway.com/jbrenterprises), however I currently reside in Jamaica.
This would allow me to determine how much items I can import for $50 or less,
essentially reducing the costs to my local (Jamaican) clients, without attracting
additional import fees.
I plan to improve and use this as a base for learning wxHaskell, and also make it
multi-platform (OS X / Windows)
