Global Script de-sugarer written in Global Script.

This takes fully-typed (all type abstractions and applications explicit) Global Script code,
and translates it into string code.

This is very incomplete, and *basically* abandonware, for now.

This is *alpha quality* software.
It works for me on my machine; it hasn't been tested on anything else.
