Bumping to GHC 8.0.2 would mean dealing with deps again

Otherwise we pick up a really ancient GenI instead

Note that GenI uses odd-even numbering.

I am releasing this with an odd number version because the work here consists of a minimal effort out-the-door attempt to get things working with GHC 8 again, rather than a proper release

If wxHaskell is updated, we can hopefully use use the system wxWidgets. In which case all will be sys packages. But for now we have to hand install wxWidgets 2.9.5 (future wxHaskell should just require 3.0)
