Hi,

I've tested these apps that fail to switch to fullscreen by their own means:

• imv: When viewing an image, pressing f should switch to fullscreen but doesn't
• alacritty: 'startup_mode: Fullscreen' in its config seems to be ignored
• firefox --kiosk should launch in fullscreen mode but doesn't

While all this fails I can bind a key and toggle fullscreen manually pressing F11 ("0+F11" = view-toggle-maximize-full).

I am not into window managers / wayland but I've cross-checked with another wayland window manager (wayfire) where all above apps worked as expected.
