#48Xwayland doesn't restack windows on focus
when an Xwayland client creates a new window (such as a dialog box in GIMP 2), the new window is automatically focused, but the window isn't restacked, which causes mouse events to fall through to the lower window. there's a patch to fix it here https://hub.darcs.net/holycow/hikari/patch/de3817572a6c3ba5b51614fe31151d2c63fe1fd4 , which I'd like to see in the mainline hikari branch
