Hey all,

I've been putting in some work in getting Hikari updated from wlroots-0.15 to wlroots-0.19, see:

This seems to work, and is, err, bug-compatible with the wlroots-0.15 version.

I've added meson support (for convenience on non-FreeBSD systems) and a few other options.

Although I've released 3.0.0 to mark this work, I'm also adding wlr_output_manager_v1 -- which I plan on merging in the next day or so.

I'm not sure whether this is actively competing with any other forks, but if anyone's interested, the repo link above is the place to go.

I could look at mirroring this to darts, although I'd prefer not to.

If anyone's interested in this, let me know how you get on.
