$ nix-env -i -f <dir where these files were extracted to>
RUNNING
Choose somewhere to put the runtime var files. eg /tmp/cgroupsweb/var
$ cgroupsweb /tmp/cgroupsweb/var
Point a web browser at http://$(hostname):8080/
