Simple wrapper around libssh2 in Haskell

I made a few patches in a forked repo. The first is I fixed a memory leak when the known_hosts check failed. I also added an additional function that optionally ignores the known_hosts file. Just wanted to let you know in case you wanted to merge these changes.
