Reproduction of erroneous character handling in filenames.

This repository aims to demonstrate the erronous handling of characters in filenames by darcsden. If you try to view the contents of ‘ĵaŭdo.txt’, it shouldn’t work, and if you try to download an archive of the files, the name should be wrong. (Well, it obviously shouldn’t, but I’m trying to reproduce an issue here!)
